1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please remember:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@allurexo.online within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide exchange instructions and return details.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

2. Include your order number, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
   We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as customized, used, or clearance products) are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged on arrival.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
